Interact with personal data of your potential clients legally - configure an agreement on personal data processing using CRM forms and open channels.
For open channels, you have to enable sending a warning about collecting personal data. You can configure it in the settings of the open channel. In the agreement tab, adapt a ready-made agreement, or create your own, write down the text and set up a checkmark.
CRM forms have a similar algorithm. Go to the form settings. On the "More" tab, look for the Terms of service line, put a tick and indicate the required agreement. Here you can also view the list of collected consents and select the automatic ticking when submitting the form.
